Service Fee Structure

Air Customer Support, operated by AIRFAREHUB LLC (EIN: 87-4024264), charges service fees for various travel services. These fees help cover our operational costs and provide you with professional travel assistance.

Online Transaction Service Fees

When you book travel services through our website, the following service fees apply:

  • Group Booking Service: $25 - $50 per passenger for group bookings (10+ passengers)
  • Special Assistance: $25 - $50 for special needs or accessibility arrangements

Support Center Booking Service Charges

When you call our support center for bookings, the following service charges apply:

  • Standard Phone Booking: $25 - $50 service charge
  • Premium Phone Service: $50 - $100 for priority handling
  • After-Hours Service: $35 - $75 for bookings outside business hours
  • Multi-Language Support: $20 - $40 additional for non-English language support

Important Notes

Service fees are non-refundable and apply to all bookings, regardless of whether the travel is completed or cancelled.

Post-ticketing fees are separate from service fees and may apply for changes, cancellations, or other modifications.

All fees are subject to change without prior notice. Current fees will be displayed during the booking process.

Currency Conversion

All service fees are quoted in USD (US Dollars). If you are booking from outside the United States, your payment method may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by your bank or credit card provider.

Passenger Types

Service fees apply to all passenger types:

  • Adults (12+ years): Full service fee applies
  • Children (2-11 years): Full service fee applies
  • Infants (0-23 months): Full service fee applies (for ticketed infants)
  • Lap infants: May be exempt from service fees in some cases

Refund Policy for Service Fees

Service fees are generally non-refundable. However, in certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • Service Provider Cancellation: If the airline, hotel, or other service provider cancels your booking, service fees may be refunded
  • Our Error: If we make an error in processing your booking, service fees will be refunded
